BEING SUPER VULNERABLE HERE...YEAH I CRIED...ALOT

I know this isn't the best picture since it is a screenshot.  I was editing my video for my very FIRST workout on the 80 Day Obsession program (Video on my Facebook page) and my thoughts were...

OMG....WHAT IS THAT!??!  WHERE DID THAT COME FROM!?!  SURELY THE HELL NOT!?!?  

Yeah that was my words...followed by a zoom in and a shaking of my head in disgust...I don't feel like I look like that...but apparently I do.   :( 

So needless to say...after not only seeing my BEFORE pictures and NOW THIS! This chick is going to undergo the next 80 days all freaking in!  That means no cheating, that means pushing myself hard, and that means following the timed nutrition and meal plan like a BOSS!!!

I was super pumped that I completed day 1 and honestly...I thought I nailed it by using my 10 lb. weights the entire time and hardly no modifications.  The move that did get me though, was the side planks with the bands.  Whew!  My balance is terrible but I tried my best.  I WILL improve!  

I can either let this picture bother the heck out of me...and for the longest time it did OR I can look at it this way....

My BEFORE person is the person who is going to get me to where I want to be... So I need to love myself in every step...

No matter how those pictures looked.... That is the past and in several months... That person will NOT exist anymore.

Taking this one with a whole new attitude!!

Remember by you showing up to your workouts and TRYING you, as the BEFORE you, are the strongest person now...YOU ARE SHOWING UP and making the change...the AFTER person...is the one that maintains...but the struggles happen to the BEFORE person....so therefore...they are essentially stronger (mentally).

So thank you "RIGHT NOW Rebecca"...Your butt is going to change for the better!!!
