First off, I do believe I will wear my new haircut curly...totally digging it!  What do you think?

Second, I really do care what others think of me....even when I didn't think I did!  YIKES!!  Let me explain!  I have had a breakthrough or a self discovery if you will while reading my current Personal Development - GET IT DONE!  I tell you what...it is a FANTASTIC read my peeps!  

It helps you totally self discover what is holding you back so you can stop procrastination and get it done with your project in just as little as 15 minute a day!  Loving it so far!  Today's little exercise was interesting to say the least.  

She had us write out the following:

• What would your "Nice" parents say about your work?
• What would your "MEAN FAKE" parents say about your work?
• What would you say your greatest gifts are?
• What do you secretly think about your work - SOMETIMES?

I have discovered that I have a fear and somewhat of a disbelief in myself that no one will ever like my work, that I won't succeed, and that I feel I NEED others approval on what I do, in order to call it REAL or MONEY MAKING! 

That is a HUGE wake up call for me...because when I seriously dig deep...I see what I was doing.  I was trying to tell myself I believe in ME...but deep down...I didn't, because I wanted EVERYONE else to believe in me too...FIRST!   

That is not how this works...I got to believe in myself 100% that I can build a business that I am proud of, I can control and manage it, and that I AM capable of success and I don't NEED the approval of others to get it!  

Our coach group said this to me...."YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS BUSINESS IF OTHERS DON'T BELIEVE IN YOU, BUT YOU CAN'T BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!" 

WOW just Wow!  

They nailed it!!! 

How will I overcome this!?  I will do what scares me most FIRST THING in the morning, with an agenda already laid out from the night before and do the SCARY thing for 15 minutes!  LOL

That is it...That is all it will take to change my fear and my believe within myself.  I need to keep at this...I need to not give up and I need to see the bigger picture of what is possible for me...and you guessed it...BELIEVE it is already mine!  

I am coming for you DIAMOND!!
