2019 was a great year filled with good and bad news but it always ended well!

I got relief when I found out what was causing my massive mood swings (thanks fibroid) and we was able to shrink it with birth control.

Mom pulled through her 2nd aneurysm surgery like a champ!

Dad pulled through multiple prostate exams for cancer and even kicked butt on his throat cancer.

Shawn was able to wear real shoes and no more braces!!

I stayed consistent with my coaching business and my health goals and helped new people along the way.

We done alot of home remodeling like our bathroom, landscaping, and patio and was still able to enjoy a family vacation to Hersheypark.

Shawn went on his first ever up side down coaster and loved it!!

I lost my job in October and was blessed with another one 2 days later that offered me something priceless... 2 months off with pay to spend with my family. Closer drive and new office!!

I am blessed with an incredible year... I see good in it all and everyone always asks me about new years resolutions and I always say... It is never about weight loss because in my opinion... You should care about your health every day of the year....not just the 1st. #justsaying

Nope but I do have a couple goals I want to work on... Grow more spiritually... Hence why we started a church and I want to grow personally... I want to stay positive... Read more personal development and always be learning to be my best self, mom, and wife!!

Because in the end.. Family matters most to me.. Always have and always will! 💯
