GET CLOSER EVERY DAY WITH YOUR GOALS!

Freestyle Flow just happened and it felt great to stretch it out... My hips are tight but this helped! More balance in this one and I done alright. I am feeling a little better and coughing less and less!!

💜 Closer Every Day!! 💜

Every day I show up is a day that I get to feel accomplished. I took time out for me and that counts for something! I am liking the ease of this program... It's challenging in some aspects but the time is a beautiful thing!! Lol. Get in and get out in 20 minutes with this one.

Almost 4 years ago, I completed my first program to earn this shirt and still till this day it rings true. I did my first 21 Day program and in those 21 days I lost 12 lbs... That is where it begin for me... To see that if I show up every day I COULD reach my goals.

See I always told myself I was to far gone and I am what I am at 215 lbs... But that was an excuse not to start because I was afraid of failing once again... But when I stuck with the program... Both my fitness and nutrition improved and I was sooo excited that I thought wow Rebecca... If I did another 21 days... What will that look like for me? I was hooked!

That is how I saw progress... I just kept thinking 21 days at a time and every day I got closer and before I knew it... Down 60+ lbs. and 26.5 inches!

It's all a mental game with yourself... Either you can talk yourself out of it or you can get it done in less than 30 minutes a day! Easy peazy lemon squeezy!!
