I absolutely love that quote because you have to rely on yourself!  I absolutely love being a coach and just because they call us that, doesn't mean we are amazing experts... No, for me... It means I have a journey and a story to share and I love helping others along the way. I once was on a MAJOR struggle bus, and when I found this opportunity... I knew it would change me.

I met people I never thought I would ever met and it was possible through coaching.

What do I do as a coach?

I work on ME FIRST and foremost... Because as I learn and grow that is how I SHOW or "coach" people to do the same. I lead by example. I am authentic in my story and in my struggles. We all have them... No need to be ashamed of them.

I help others with their health and fitness goals. I show up in our accountability groups DAILY and do virtual gym sessions (I hook you up with some pretty bad ass trainers - just saying), and I become your biggest cheerleader! 

I provide you with information and tons of content that will help you succeed in this journey, because my goal is that you see results.

I also want to instill in you that you are capable of doing this...

The journey...

The business... Or both... Your choice.

I meet YOU where YOU are... This isn't a one size thing... If you want to work on one thing at a time...let's do it. If you are ready to go all in, again let's do it!

These amazing programs I am apart of are simply the best in my opinion. They make us healthy and strong and do not use diet pills.

We value and teach REAL SUSTAINABLE HEALTH. 

When you work with me and my team, you will see the difference in trying to do this alone or especially if you THINK you know what you are doing. I once thought I could too... But did I quit multiple times?? Yes... Yes I did...
