Full body burn was super challenging today but I did it!! Swing to rack with 25's!! Used a variety 12.5's, 15's, and 22.5's!

Today's thought …

Fall in love with showing up

I accidentally fell asleep during my mediation this morning but that didn't stop me from showing up in my workout!!

Sometimes we don't feel it or we lack motivation... This is when we need to create it for ourselves because it isn't always going to be there. #truth

So how do you do that?

For me, knowing the WHY is huge. When you got a goal you want to reach you have got to become disciplined in making it happen. The longer you wait... The more you procrastinate.

So get in and get out!! It's not always easy but it is worth it!

I woke up tired today but I still got it done... Even with my fierce face on and ready to crush it!! I took video but my storage cut it off so you are getting a flex Friday pic

When I fell in love with showing up for myself... I fell in love with how I feel afterwards... The hard part is the first 10 minutes... Do that and your in it to win it!!

Plus having a before photo to motivate you never hurt! I never want to return to old habits and by me never giving up... I am ensuring success that doesn't happen! Remember I used to love MOUNDS of junk food... Entire pizzas in one setting, 36 candy bars a week, and ice cream galore!!! Plus I was inactive for 10 years!! I have found my consistency in these 4.5 years and I feel amazing!!

Why would I want that to stop??

You say you can't do this, but it isn't that at all... You just don't have enough belief within yourself to start to even give yourself a chance at this! I can help... I can give you tools...

BUT....

I can't want this bad enough for you... You got to want it... You got to have a powerful why to pull yourself through this, but I can be your biggest cheerleader and I be with you every step of the way!!

Here is to Friday folks!! We made it!!
