SHARING ABOUT MY PRE & POST WORKOUT!!

I usually share in my stories about this, but I wanted to share in a post more about our amazing Pre and Post workout supplements! I hardly ever share about these and I should, so today I wanted too!

I have been taking these supplements since January of 2018 (I actually started my health and fitness journey in 2016). I didn't include them at first in my fitness journey, but once I started them, I have come to realize how amazing they are in my fitness and how they have helped me is amazing!!

If you have a pre-workout supplement that you love, that is fantastic, but I wanna share more on the one I take! This one right here is great for my focus and my energy, especially at 4:00 a.m. when I begin my day! Call me crazy but it works LOL. I made a graphic to highlight some benefits to it!

I also use Recover, which this is specialized to help with muscle soreness! These programs are challenging and Recover helps me show up the next day and still be able to walk - LOL Plus it is super yummy!

My personal favorite flavor in the pre-workout is Lemon and Mixed Berry, and I love the Chocolate Whey in the Recover!

Just thought I would give you a quick info post on the two products I use to help with my fitness in case you were curious!
