I HOPE THIS INPSIRES YOU TO START SO....

Prep Day 18

ISO Strength Chisel today with the 17.5's!! Ummm this was another leg day . My butt was on fire and I am like Wowza what is happening!??

Last night I fell asleep in the recliner with the phone next to my ear, and my planner still laying on my lap. I guess that mediation I done knocked me out

I woke up at 3:53 am and was ready to rock it. Got Frenchie the Elf all ready for the day with Echo and Delta, (dinosaurs) and a note to Shawn. He is gonna be sooo excited!

I got to make some brownies, and get some food started for the day... Making a pot roast with carrots and potatoes in our pressure cooker among other things! Crazy busy this time of year but all good! It's life right?

But first...I am making a vulnerable post!

Today's thought

Don't settle for less

I remember saying... "I am what I am and you can never change that" ...

Meaning...

I am fat, leave me alone, there is no "fixing" me!!

Yep I said all those things. I got angry, I got MAD, and then... I got depressed.

Why??

Because I needed help with my life and I needed "fixed". I needed to find something that would stick Long-term, because I was miserable. See that side photo?? My stomach was as hard as a rock... A beer gut if you will, but I don't drink beer. #junkfoodaddict

Scary I know...

I didn't think it was possible to fix THAT gut... I didn't think it was possible to learn how to eat healthy.... And I definitely didn't believe it was possible for me to start working out at over 215+ lbs.

I was lazy and comfortable in my skin,... Happy?? NO... Comfortable with doing nothing...YES!!

Even though I KNOW I should have done something... I didn't, because I was stubborn.

Why am I sharing this??

Because I finally learned not to settle for less!!!

I took my insane junk food habits (eating entire pizzas and 36 candy bars a week) and changed them to healthy ones using our programs... Both nutrition and fitness!! .

Fun fact about me... I loathe quick fixes, pills, patches, and wraps, because you literally learn NOTHING about how to fix anything... You learn to cover up with a band aid... But once you stop with all that nonsense, the weight comes back, the struggle gets harder, and you give up!!#nothanknotinterested
