DO YOU KNOW HOW YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL??

Haven’t you heard that food prepping is the reason I am so successful on my journey! It is easy to get sucked in through the week when you drive by restaurants and all that convenience! Don’t fall for it though! It is a trap! You spend way less money food prepping each week than eating out!

You see me in this photo - I cut up an entire chicken package and chopped it in cubes so I can use for my salads! I separate out into baggies and BAM…chicken on the go!! I put my salads in bowls with other veggies, and boiled my eggs for breakfast! You can even prep fruit, carrots, peppers, or whatever you want to eat. I got baked potatoes so I can pop in microwave for 7 minutes and that my friend, is a healthy carb!

Don’t overthink this! The idea of meal prepping is to make your life easier…it takes about 1-2 hours on Sunday to complete this (and that includes kitchen cleanup!!)…BUT man alive - I can grab and go through the week and store my lunches at work and BOOM…Always eating healthy through the week at least!

This stuff you can control sometimes. You can plan ahead and get it taken care of! Sure the office likes to bring in snacks, but you know that time you took to plan ahead? Eat that food you made…you will feel so proud of yourself.

You can put things in a crock-pot and separate into bowls that can be easily taken with you and that takes you a long way! The more you prep, the more easier this whole healthy journey becomes!
