Upeat Strength and Quick Speed went down and I gotta say... #nailedit. 9 Burpees with jumps in 30 seconds is good for me... The first time I done it, I couldn't jump... But today I did!! Used mainly 12.5's on my weighted workout!

Chris told us to come up with our mission statement and honestly... I knew mine!!

I want you to know that you are capable of anything and believe YOU CAN!!
If I can have the type of junk food addiction like I had and am working through it...there is NO reason why you can't achieve the same thing!!
My mission is to give you perspective as to WHY you should care, help you find that WHY, and allow you to become an excuse crusher like myself!!
My goal is to give you a reason to find consistency and stick with it!! To offer you accountability through these programs and help you see your belief within!!
I used to tell myself that I couldn't do this... It wasn't possible at 215 lbs... And that being overweight and unhappy was my reality and it was what it was! I had to change my attitude, self talk, and my WHY to really start AND stick with this journey!!
So do I know who I am as a coach and the help I want to provide... Absolutely!!
