What the heck is up with a chilly morning!? I had to pull out my Mr. Rogers sweater today to get warm! .

I was listening to my good vibes this morning and Darren Hardy said something about motivation and helping each other with goals by having a competition. So you know like tracking steps and see who gets in more type of thing.

I like how he worded everything because that is exactly what helps me to stay accountable in our groups! I love doing my programs with family and friends and us sharing our results! It definitely pushes you!

When I became a Team Beachbody coach 4.5 years, some of those same people are with me today and I have gained a lot of new friends too!!

It has brought me out of my shell and I couldn't be happier than what I am now! Everything is going well for us, everything is in God's favor and will for us to succeed in life!

I love how this business changed my perspective about getting healthy and fit in the fact that there is no longer a dreaded feeling!!
