Sometimes the face shot never gets old to compare Back when I loved the tanning bed... Because you know... Fat looks better tanned . That is seriously what I thought and while I love being tan, I love being healthier better!

That part I can take with me and it lasts much longer! One thing I have realized too is that even though I dropped 70 lbs and over 26.5 inches, I never stopped living my life... In fact, that is when I actually started to live it!

I still have treats, I still have the things I love, but in a new positive way!!

One of my biggest pet peeves and I can say this now, is that people think they have to stop their lives to become healthy and fit... They have to put everything on hold like watching TV, eating at their favorite restaurants, and that is soooo far from the truth!! .

I never once stopped living my life folks... If I want a Blizzard, then by golly it's gonna happen... But maybe not a large... A small instead. See?? No big deal right?

Coming from a junk food habit like I did, I was terrified, sure, but I am so glad I trusted the process... So happy I said yes to a new me, because it was time!!

I was so tired of struggling and not feeling good within. I was miserable with my digestive health and my immune system was low... So changes had to happen!

When I started my journey 4.5 years ago, I stayed true to the nutrition program I still use today and it never has failed me. It works if I work it and that is pretty amazing that if you eat enough of the right portions according to food groups your body would shed the weight... And it has!!

I love working out now because I feel stronger for it and that helps me be a better wife and mom to my family. I love enjoying our time together and our trips! I can keep up with no struggle and that is why I am living now... Sure I gave up the addiction but got so much more in return!
