HOW DO I GET ALL THAT WATER IN? LET ME SHARE!

Last week I shared the importance of drinking water and if you are struggling to get it in, then let me share my time line with you! .

First off, how are you guys doing on that water intake!?!

Having trouble getting it down??

Maybe your eyes cross as you run to the bathroom because it has become your new best friend?!! LOL!

Can you relate!?!

Let me share my timeline for you that I am doing and I was able to get in 180 - 240 oz... Very easily!!

You think I am crazy?? Well maybe...

I have found my sweet spot for water is 180, but I will share the timeline to get in more...just in case you are wondering HOW!!??

So here is how I do it:

After I wake up at 4 am and use the potty and weigh myself... I take my pre-workout and my first 15 oz go down before I work out... So that is half this bottle.

I finish the remaining 15 oz while working out... Cake... Because I sweat like a man!!

Fill the cup up and drink the entire thing for breakfast... 30 oz down..., oatmeal with peanut butter, 2 eggs, spinach, and my post workout! I go get ready for work.

Fill-up 30 oz again and take on the road with me... Pee before you leave!!! For me... I got an 15 min. drive to work... Guess what.. 90 oz down all by 8:00 am!! Boom chicka boom!

9:30 am... With my snack of superfoods, 12 Almonds, and an apple, another 30 oz!

11:30-12:00 - Lunch... 30 oz of water... With my chicken, green beans, carrots, and rice.

2:00 pm... No snack... Another 30 oz of water. You are at 180 oz!!

5:00 - Dinner... Always protein and veggies and carb (sometimes) 30 oz down and at 210 oz. For the day!

By 7:00 pm I take in another 30 oz and guess what... I just conquered my water goal! You just got in 240 oz. of water!!

Some are having a hard time getting in the water... Map out your day and schedule it if you have too.. Use the alarms on your phone if that will help.

Oh and as far as bathroom breaks for me they have gotten slower... Just as she said in our coach test group you will go less as you get used to it.

You got this peeps...having a plan is key!!
