You know that working out is important for your overall health and you try to add it in by buying a gym membership, hitting the machines, or by doing workouts at home you found on Pinterest or streaming random workouts from YouTube. And maybe you carry on like that for a little while but then life happens, you stop going to the gym (or it temporarily closes and throws you off your routine or schedule), you spend more time trying to figure out which workout to do, or you’ve missed two days in a row and can’t seem to get “back on the bandwagon”. The next thing you know, the very thought of exercising or working out makes you want to crawl back in bed and hide. 

Been there? So have I.

I realized, after riding that rollercoaster one too many times, that if I truly wanted to stop feeling like a failure and hating the very thought of exercise or physical activity, something really had to change.

It wasn’t until I changed my focus and became intentional in finding workouts to maximize my time and effort and finding workouts I actually enjoyed, rather than desperately doing anything and everything, that I was able to actually see long term results in my journey. Which is why this month I am hosting a free 5 day challenge called Put the FUN Back Into Fitness/Workout Tips and we start November 15th!!
