ANOTHER PROGRAM IN THE BOOKS!!!

Day 43 - Legs & Sweat Session

Last Day of Barre is complete!!!!

Yessssssss I did it!!! The most uncomfortable program for me of all time and I completed all 8 weeks of it!! See how fast time flies?? Glad I accomplished that one and stuck it out! Another one in the books

New program was a 20 minute sweat session and it felt great and challenging...I was huffing and puffing like crazy but so much got done in those 20 minutes!! Loving the speed of it for sure!

Today's thought….

I am motivated!!!

She was crying and saying this was just the beginning for some and to keep coming back to the Barre...sorry I won't

BUT I do feel this program helped my core get stronger and helped lift that booty even more and even though I modified the entire 8 weeks I feel my balance improved as well!

If you are into ballet...yoga...Pilates....Barre... then this program is for YOU....it wasn't for me but at least now I can say I done it and can share my experience with you if you are interested in that type of workout! Like I said...all the variety on our library!

I am motivated to keep going forward in my journey and keep this energy up for as long as I live! I show up so I can stay "alive"...meaning I don't want to become some old woman hobbling around. Lol #truth

I workout to feel good...to stay active...and to keep up my strength because it is a fact you start to lose muscle as you age if you do nothing and I am like oh hell nah...not me ..refusing that shit now!

So stay motivated not just to look good NOW...but for your future!

Sure I can't stop getting old...but I can make the quality of life better!
