Do you ever just wonder what if?!

What if I didn't reach out to my coach that helped me over 5 years ago?

What if I never became a mom since I was terrified of not having enough patience and always said I am not ready?

What if I never worked hard enough to be where I am today in my career?!

Sometimes the scariest things are the BEST things in our lives!!.

I am grateful I said YES to me and changed my habits for the better!!

I became a Team Beachbody Coach because their products and programs (both nutrition and fitness) have helped me lose 70+ lbs and over 30 inches!

I am grateful they pulled me from a junk food slump that felt impossible to escape...still not where I want to be...but I feel so much better now!!

I am grateful for Shawn...He has brightened my days when I didn't feel I had a purpose...but being his mom is MY greatest purpose of all time. I can't believe I would have missed out on all this LIFE and LOVE if he wasn't here with me. I adore you my boy!

I am grateful for the company I work for and the amazing bosses I have...who are very supportive, helpful, and great at what they do!!

I love what I do each day I show up! Never dread going to work...it's always been an easy wake up and "crush the day" kind of mood for me.

I feel you gotta love what you do so it doesn't feel like work and I am grateful I get to feel that way...because I see so many complain it's Monday again. Lol. I must be weird because I don't feel that way!

All in all...life is great...I had to push myself out of the comfort zones and do the scary stuff to get this feeling of accomplishment and content. At almost 40...I get it now. Being happy and healthy in life is KEY to real joy!

Thanks to coaching...I have learned to do a majority of these things in just the last 5 years alone...it has prepared me for more than I expected it to....I am more mentally appreciative and have changed my perspective on life.

So yep I bleed blue because #IamTeamBeachbody and it has changed my life for the better!
