WATER IS SO KEY TO YOUR JOURNEY...SO QUESTION...

My right hamstring is so tight...it seems I must have to foam roll it because some of these moves today’s workout was a challenge!!!.

I love that he has built this type of workout (stability and mobility) in this program because soooo many only care about the calorie burn and not working on these areas.

He really isn't a fan of static stretching because if you don't have proper form in movement....then that type of stretching means nothing.

He mentioned a study done where we feel the need to workout all the time and go hard all the time and it isn't necessary....less is more!!

I love that ALL our programs have recovery days built in because it doesn't matter how many calories you burn....if you want to lose 2 lbs. a week...are you burning 7000 calories a week to make it happen? And he even said constant strenuous exercising isn't doing you any favors....so just move more....it doesn't have to be death

Walk more...stay active...and stay hydrated because he even educated us on how our muscles need more water than you think!! I am covered here...I get in anywhere from 160 -244 oz. a day!

How is that water intake?

Are you staying hydrated throughout the day and for the ones who say...nah...water is nasty...trust me you aren't doing yourself any favors....or if you can guzzle pop...tea...coffee like no tomorrow and claim it's too hard to get water in....I call BS...Because you can obviously drink sugary drinks with ease.

Think on that....when you reach for that liquid calorie drink....ask yourself...how much water have I had today??
