I CELEBRATE EVERYTHING INCLUDING A...

Day 19 - Chest, Back, & Legs

Used 10's and 15's today and felt the burn with 45 seconds of each move and then those power minutes between sets. We sure do get a lot accomplished in 20 minutes! Plus I have a non-scale victory to report! A new belt will be bought in April because look at it there! I am at my last hole for it! So exciting!!

Today's thought

I like EASY!!
