IT ISN'T ABOUT HAVING THE TIME, BUT MAKING IT

Day 37 - Back & Biceps

All the variety today from 10's to a 35 on the pullover. Then did HIIT and Core. I counted it up...10 more workouts until I earn my completion badge for this program! Whoo whoo flying by!

Making the time

It's not about having the time it's about making the time. Everyone is busy but that don't mean you shouldn't take your health seriously.

I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and all was well! I am at that age where my first mammogram needs to be scheduled...the ole trusty 40 so that will have to happen but everything else was solid! . My heart and lungs sounded amazing...he is always saying man alive your heart is strong!

A1C last month was at 4.8...ya'll it used to be a 9 when I was at my heaviest. I am so grateful for this lifestyle and these programs...they have completely changed my life for the better! . He said I was strong and healthy and wished more people came in like me.

That is why I make the time folks. It isn't about "abs" or being "skinny"

I have never wanted to be skinny....I do want to be strong....fit...and look like I can kick your butt but skinny...nah. Lol I like food too much and that is perfectly ok.. It's the quality of food that matters most!

Just thankful for my health and my consistency in making the time because my future self will thank me....trust me...it will! A workout or healthy meal always does the health good! .

These types of reports will never get old because I have been on the other end when I had dread in my soul to visit and this feeling is much better.
