Faith?

Confidence?

Do you have either one?

I used to not have any confidence whatsoever!! I was very insecure of how I looked, how I felt in my skin, and the clothes I would wear. My faith was lacking too. I felt like my life wasn’t going in the direction I wanted it too and for that, I felt STUCK.

After I started taking care of myself - in all these areas = physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually - eating better, drinking my superfoods, and stepping out of my comfort zone... I noticed a lot of changes... Good ones, but changes none the less.

I noticed confidence within myself grow to a new level that had never been there before. I was doing things that were out of the comfort zone like wearing dresses, taking videos and posting on social media, going LIVE in my FREE Community, and really getting vulnerable with my story!

My faith has been excellent these days and I feel all is well within my soul. Going back to church has been so helpful. You need balance in all areas my friend. I think that is where actual true happiness comes from - being balanced in all areas of life.

It sure takes effort, but it is an amazing feeling when you are finally and completely happy with your life, where you are as a person and a parent, and most importantly with God.

Believing and knowing without a shadow of doubt, that he will pull me through my struggles has completely changed my life. I leaned on him so much when I started my journey, because without him, I was and am nothing. Having my faith and KNOWING I would be ok, made all the difference.

I used to have a lot of doubt in life and ask WHY is this happening to me, but I am learning to overcome it!! Having powerful and unwavering faith is how I got to where I am today. I KNOW within my soul, I am well.

I hope this blog post finds you and makes you ask - Am I good with my relationship with God? Am I good with myself? I feel like until you are there with God, you will always feel like there is an unbalance in your life. Find a great church, find a supportive community to lean on (I got one and your welcome to it), and find people in your circle who truly want you to succeed. That my friend is how you win at life.

P.S. Thanks for the prayers for Shawn - he done so amazing at his last game! He was the pitcher and threw over 18+ strikes - getting 6 kids out and not letting the other team score for several innings. His mindset is shifting - FINALLY. We only have one game left and I hope he brings that same mindset to that one. I am so proud of him. He is forever the boy who changed his momma for the better. It is because of him, I hold myself at a higher level. We love you Shawn. You mean so much to us buddy! I love you with all my heart.
