That head tilt is adorable! :) She couldn’t understand the sounds from outside. The wind howling and moving our trash can threw her over the edge. She didn’t know what to think! She is still lovey, she is still weird, and she is still adorable….somethings never change. Tomorrow she gets a bath and nail trim - Lord help the groomer! LOL

LET'S TAKE A DEEP DIVE INTO NUTRITION!

Why is it that eating healthier is synonymous with suffering?  LOL 

Who says you have to give up all your favorite things in the pursuit of health?

What if eating healthy could be delicious AND satisfying? And include all the things you love?  I say it can happen!

Eating healthy food that makes you feel GOOD isn’t as hard as it seems. But making a plan is KEY and that is precisely how I can help!

DON'T LET FEAR HOLD YOU BACK...

Day 11 - Combination Strength

Used a variety of weights today on today’s workout! The burn was real yet again! Did 15’s on those bicep curls with the slow coming down….so many reps lol Down 3.8 lbs since Monday! These last few days on nutrition has been on point!

**We all start somewhere!**

It's hard to believe how far I have come. You might see me now and think she has it easy and I would laugh at you.

No my friend...I started in February 2016 and haven't quit since. BUT DID I STRUGGLE? You betcha!

I couldn't do a single pushup on my knees...I couldn't lift heavier than 2 to 5 lbs...I couldn't do a lunge because it killed my knees. I couldn't go through the entire workout without pausing or taking breaks and crying. Legit!! I modified everything and modified some more!

I don't know where I would be today if I quit and said this is too hard. .

I would probably still have lots of self doubt going on and the worst thing of all...is I would have quit before I gave myself a chance.

I built myself up to where I am today and I am not stopping either. Why would I?! I feel too amazing to stop!

So many say I couldn't keep that up and you know my response to that would be??

You sure keep “doing nothing “ up pretty easily for yourself...same kind of energy folks! . You gotta flip your mindset on that …which is cool because the I did it badge is our mindset series and I completed that too plus already logged 400 workouts!

You can either do something about the stuff you complain about OR keep complaining! I choose enough is enough! #DontWishForItWorkForIt

I don't sugar coat stuff...lol either you work for it or remain the same...it's really that simple. .

When I got that through my thick skull...I was golden and knew what I had to do...I said YESSSSSSSS to me!
