WHAT LIES DO YOU TELL YOURSELF?

Reading this awesome new book called - GIRL WASH YOUR FACE!  Man alive it is juicy, raw, entertaining, and great because we all tell ourselves these LIES and we have believed them.  She breaks down each lie we tell ourselves in each chapter and gives you tips on what has helped her overcome that LIE.  How cool is that!?!  The next one I am about to read about is "I AM NOT A GOOD MOM."  Wow, I cringe at that one sometimes, because let's face it...we all have days where it gets stressful, hard to manage, and I especially have days I just want to quit and be a stay at home mother, because I hate that I am missing out on things with him.  I feel guilty at times, so no I don't always feel like a great mom.  Soooo I am excited to read that chapter next!! 

Another lie is that some people say that their dream is too big!  Well let me say it is NOT to BIG!  If you can dream it, it CAN happen!  Sure it takes effort on your part, but if you are willing and passionate about it, than there is no stopping you!  

Just like this website I created, my blog, my story I share.  I am passionate about those things, I love to tell stories, write, and share my journey!  To me, it is what holds me accountable for my actions!  I very much love being a coach to my challengers, love being coached back from my coach and her coach...LOL We are a BIG fit family of over 900 in our community and believe me...the ENERGY is amazing!  

Another lie I have told myself, is just because people tell you NO doesn't mean you give up easily!   She said child birth is HARD and sometimes we have to DIG DEEP to get that baby out, but we NEVER give up, right?  It is because we have a powerful WHY...we choose to do what is hard and what is necessary because WE HAVE TOO...our WHY pushes us!  

Going through my Junk Food challenge with some amazing peeps and as I share my story LIVE, I get so passionate about it, because I know it helps people...otherwise WHY DO IT?  Am I right?? 

So next time you feel down about yourself...remember this:

It is hard, but giving up is NOT an option.  Some days you feel so discouraged you want to cry - LIKE ME yesterday, so get those emotions out and KEEP GOING!! So what it is hard!! Labor is hard...but you don't give up - LOL!! You get that baby out...you DIG DEEP for strength!! WHY did you start your dream!??! Why are you passionate about it? 

Only thing worse than giving up is wishing you had not done that, because nothing that lasts comes quickly!  It is all about perception, the lies are only REAL if you believe them!! 

NO ONE WILL EVER CARE ABOUT YOUR DREAM AS MUCH AS YOU DO! YOU ARE WORTHY OF YOUR DREAMS!! SO GO AFTER THEM MY PEEP!!
