MY CURRENT BEFORE PROGRESS PHOTOS - LOL

Meet my results from the 80 Day Obsession program!  Not to shabby if I say so myself!  This program was the most challenging one I had done to date but I can honestly say...I finished one round and completed 60 days of my second round!  I know what you are thinking...why didn't I complete the second round 100%.  Well we had a NEW program that came out on July 16th and I wanted to start with the rest of the group!  It is called LIIFT4 and it is only 4 days a week, 3 days of rest, and one cheat day...plus the trainer is a cutie!

I am on my 2nd week of LIIFT4 and it is pretty amazing that I get so much rest days...not going to lie...pretty fantastic if I say so myself!  This time around I am following the 2B Mindset nutrition, which if you still have no clue what that is...than you MUST check this POST out NOW!  CLICK HERE FOR ALL THE DEETS - It is a total game changer in my book and the most SIMPLE nutrition plan EVER!!

80 Day Obsession was a lot of work towards the end.  I was getting physically and mentally burned out with it, so LIIFT4 was the PERFECT program with its timing and set up!  I did get great results with 80 Day and honestly I haven't felt that strong in a VERY long time...so it changed me in a very good way!  So no complaints!

Today I learned something through my personal development...I learned that I really lean in on my safety net because I am afraid of what I am actually capable of.  Yep....I am terrified of taxes, and my business getting too big that I won't be able to keep up.  So guess what that does to me?  I hold myself back from achieving EVEN MORE success!

Listen, we all got fears and anxiety and I am right there with you.  Sure I don't have the perfect body - heck you can see that from the pictures above...but I am at least trying my best and showing up for myself everyday.  I am reading - LIKE SHE OWNS THE PLACE - by Cara Alwill Leyba and it is pretty amazing because she is sharing and unlocking the secret to lasting confidence!  So check it out!

Some people get scared to even start because they fear they will fail and you know what...it is OK to feel that way...as long as you keep showing up for yourself.  WHY?  Because confidence is a muscle that requires everyday practice!

Do you lack confidence?
