MY THOUGHT OF THE DAY IS THIS...

Total Body Bad A** went down and man alive I am dripping with sweat!! I got better on my bolts and scorpions today... Whoo whoo!! Loving it because even though we are using small weights, I can feel the burn... Had 3's, 5'd and one 10 LOL I mean seriously??

Today's thought 💭

💜 Don't lose hope!! 💜

Sometimes you think changes aren't happening when you are trying, but I challenge you not to lose hope or faith in the process. It takes time for your body to change and some patience on your part.

So many want to give up in the first month and that breaks my heart. I just think Wow... If I would have given up after the wedding where would I be today??

It isn't like you don't get to live your life peeps... Your workout shouldn't be an all day thing, you eat your meals and move on, and you are still able to live your life... TV and all lol...

So many lose hope saying it is difficult to get with it... But that is your mindset limiting you. Don't lose sight of WHY you want to be healthy... How will your life be different and better for you when you reach your goal??

These questions should come up when the excuses arise... Because that why needs to be more powerful... It should keep you motivated to never lose hope in yourself!!

That is where I find my consistency my friend... The WHY is beyond powerful and it makes me show up... Even when the excuses are strong!!
