PHOTOS ARE A BIG PART OF THIS SO BE SURE TO...

Ya'll... I am so excited to share progress this weekend on my phase 1 results... I took those pictures over 20 days ago to prove that I am capable of doing a program AND giving it 💯 in both aspects (fitness and nutrition).

(Sure I worked out daily, but nutrition is tougher for me) 💯💯

Why you ask??

Because I needed to refocus for myself... I needed to buckle down and stop being so loosy goosy with my nutrition... Not going to lie... Ice cream played a major role this summer and it showed! Lol. 😬 😬😳

But I have done really well these 23 days and I am proud... We shall see what the verdict is this weekend, but whatever it shows... I am proud to say that I am committed to these 80+ days!! 💜#finally

When I began my journey over 3.5 years ago I ate nothing but pop tarts for breakfast (literally every day), soups, sandwiches, and frozen dinners for lunch, and pizza for dinner...

I knew change had to happen, but I was afraid... I was so unhealthy and I felt it...all over...

In the way my clothes fit... The way I kept up with Shawn... And the way I looked in the mirror... Mentally... I was disappointed in myself... How could I ever let it get this bad??

So when I committed like I have now... It is to prove that I am capable... I can do hard things... And that the reward of feeling happy is the best...💜💯💜💯

So yes.. I took pictures... It is crazy because I haven't done that in awhile like I was supposed to and I was uncomfortable all over again... So working on this my friend!!

It's never easy but I will be glad I done it because it will show progress and change and once again I will be able to say see Rebecca... That wasn't so bad lol... You freaking did it!!

I mean who really enjoys before photos right... Ugh... #necessaryevil
