Core circuit and I beat my AMRAP by 1/2!! So I got a 9 today!! Whew that is no joke... Dripping with sweat and still feeling challenged even on Round 3!! Love it!

Today's thought

Excuse... I don't feel like it

Today's excuse happened to me today!! I woke up not really feeling motivated to do anything but sleep . Just being honest.... Some days are harder than others, but I still make it happen.

Why??

Because it is just an excuse and I am pretty stubborn and don't like for them to win.

I KNOW deep down in my soul, I feel better when I finish... So even though the first 10 minutes might be super hard... Once I am in it.... I am in it. It's just 30 minutes....

Seriously that is it. It doesn't last forever, my routine counts on this workout because I feel better for it. #truth

I energize my day with this workout... I feel accomplished with this workout... So yeah... Not going to allow ONE excuse dictate my mental health for the day!! #notsorry

I know what would have happened if I gave into that excuse and it sucks. Lol Not a fan... So I beat it every time... That is where I find find my consistency.

I find it by crushing those pesky daily excuses because THEY don't get to gain control of my confidence, health and wellness, and my mind!

So hard to believe October is almost over!! If you haven't started what are you waiting for?? Halloween candy?? Lol ummmm that crap will always be there. #justanotherexcuse

A workout is literally 4% or less time of your day... I say get on with it.. . You know I am a love tough coach right? . I know this is the stuff I HAD to hear in order to move into my best self. Choices every day... Remain the same or change it. You Pick!

Another great tip... You say you "can't" ... But that isn't the case... Replace can't with "won't" ... That is YOUR truth... And it stings a bit doesn't it!
