Back, Biceps, and Abs today!! Used my 15's for everything and it burned like crazy!! 💯 Feeling stronger especially in my supermans! 🙌🙌

💜 Wake Up! 💜
When I wake up first thing in the morning, I always like to think about being grateful! 💯 I woke up today and felt really grateful for the healthy habits I have incorporated into my life over the last 4 years.
It hasn't been easy, but I have stuck with it! 😉 I don't share to brag to but show you that you can change your life if you truly want too!
Being so addicted to junk food like I was brings up the fact I never felt grateful back then. In fact, I took my health for granted. I was there at my goal, was running, and everything and that surgery in 2006 threw me off...BIG TIME... Gained 70 lbs in that time so it definitely didn't happen overnight..... In 2016 I got back with it... 10 years of not waking up and feeling great in my skin! 😔😔😔
It is and was a long time to not show myself any type of self love in the health department.
It took a wake up call with my sugar to make a change! I hope it doesn't have to be a major wake up call for you to see you have value in this world. You are so important to many and that you MUST take care of yourself.😘😘
So my thought is for those that need a wake up call... Need motivation to begin again or start for the first time. It doesn't matter... But it does matter if you follow through! Stop making excuses...journal it out, take beginning pictures and measurements and get busy! 💯 💯
Wake up to YOUR powerful WHY and keep seeing the end goal... It WILL happen if you stay the course and keep waking up to do so!
