NUTRITION IS KEY TO YOUR RESULTS! TRUST ME!!

I haven't shared any of my meals in a while... For one... Internet on my phone is kind of hit and miss, so I got to post when I can... But feeling proud of myself these last few days... Actually remembered to take pictures!

I am staying the course and getting in MY water goal of 180 oz and feeling so much better!! 

Love that this particular nutrition program was created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, so her knowledge is off the charts! She makes you feel good in your skin and helps you with your mindset around food! Eeekkkkk we all need that!!

💜 The best part... She has lost over 100 lbs herself while doing these 4 simple steps each day! 🐰🐰

I love being in a community with her... She gives us access to some pretty amazing tips, tricks, and recipes! Her content is always useful, and she never ceases to amaze me! 😍😍

We don't deprive food groups and in fact, she helps us embrace them and learn their purpose!  Treats not cheats! Your NOT bad for giving in to them... But we do learn tips to have more days that lead to weight loss, which is the key!
