NEED HELP WITH YOUR HEALTH? I CAN HELP!

❌Day 62 of 90 ❌

Kenpo day is my favorite day!! 😀 Always a blast with this one... Tons of kicks and punches which feels just plain good!! 💯 Nothing feels better to release some stress and sweat!! 💯 I woke up sore in my booty and legs from yesterday, so that means the 25's was a good challenge!

Today's thought 💭

💜 Not where I want to be, but better than I used to be!! 💯 💜

I saw a post earlier of a gal who was totally uncomfortable in her skin and believe me... I know how you feel! I once was there... On the struggle bus and feeling totally down on myself!😩😩🙌🙌

I struggled with packing Shawn around, my thighs rubbed together something horrible, and I sweated like crazy all the time. My stomach was to big to tie my shoes the bend over way. I huffed and puffed to get around, and every day seemed like misery in the summer because of the heat. Finding clothes was dreadful so I stuck to my maternity clothes... Because you know... That stuff grows with you!😑😑🙄🙄

I was super unhappy in my choices, but yet I felt lost because I didn't know what to do! 💯

Have you ever felt this way? 🤔

Let's be real here, I am still not super thin and I don't intend to be... But I do intend to be strong, healthy, and have muscles lol... Seriously want to be buff and not in a body building bulky way... But just lean, sculpted muscle! I work daily on my workouts and yes my nutrition isn't perfect... But I have come along way from not eating a single green thing to wayyyy more healthier options! 😂 #worsethanatoddler

But one thing I wanted so badly was for me to be comfortable in my own skin, stop having sugar blackouts, and keep up with my son...nothing was more important to me that!

Sure I loved all things pizza, ice cream, and chocolate and pssssttt guess what?? I still have those things just in moderation now! 💯 It isn't about deprivation... It is about being sustainable and being healthy long term!

So yeah not where I want to be...but I am sooo much happier and healthier than before! These nutrition and fitness programs work if you do!! Today I just feel good... I felt strong in my kicking and I found myself smiling during today's workout because I was in the zone!! Just blasting through these moves and thinking wow Rebecca... You have come so far in your journey!! #proudmoment

Want this type of healthy satisfaction?? You can have it!!! 🙌 🙌 🙌 Anyone can!!
