FIRST DAY OF 1ST GRADE....AT MY OFFICE...

Day one of the FIRST GRADE was VERY different this year. He isn’t in school like he should be because of this silly virus and he misses it so much! He was bummed when no assignments were logged in on the first day so he had nothing to learn.

I got you Shawn…I will make you write your numbers, letters, name, and we will get busy doing SOMETHING!! The second day we got to pick up a packet containing WORK! Now he got busy and is working on a big poster this Friday. I am proud of you Shawn. You are so easy when it comes to learning and doing your amazing school work!

Your future looks bright and you are so incredibly smart for your age!! I love seeing you learn and get excited for the “NEXT” thing because you are sucking it all in! Way to go buddy on a very NON-traditional first day of school!!

This mom is proud because I hear so many fought their parents on the first day. I am blessed to have Shawn. He is very easy going and laid back for sure!
