LOVING THIS 4 WEEKS OF THE PREP PROGRAM!!

Day 12 - The Prep

Isometrics went down today and I loved it!! Used a variety of weights...7.5's, 10's, 12.5's, and 15's All of them basically this was holding that weight and letting it burn!!

Such a big difference than yesterday...but tomorrow is Crucible and I hear that one is bananas ...I will do my best!

Today's thought

Stop with the excuses and take control

You can be strong or you can be pitiful but you can't be both. That has stuck with me since day 1....it was my way of saying suck it up Rebecca....you got to push those excuses aside and power through because if nothing changes....nothing changes!! I

Learning to take control of excuses instead of letting them control you takes effort and practice!. You got to WANT to be better...you got to PUSH yourself to be better!

Stop putting the I can't on replay...and start saying..."I am a beast and will crush it " Seriously that self talk will either take you down or build you up!!

Which self talk are you playing today?!!
