I feel they have completely changed my life for the better...I have lost 70 lbs and over 30 inches and still going!
I have been super consistent in my journey for 5 years and it never gets old or boring for me because as I shared before...with over 85 programs to choose from we got something new we can jump into all the time!!
I was someone who really struggled with a junk food addiction where I could eat entire pizzas, 36 candy bars a week, and ice cream like you wouldn't believe. I didn't know how to eat.
I saw two dietitians but it didn't stick....BUT our RDN'S nutrition program where it's in video form does and I LOVE the containers because it really has helped my binge eating get under control in the right portions and correct macros for my weight and activity level.
I workout so I don't have lose skin...I don't have stretch marks because I toned as I went.
So many want the quick fix but slow and steady wins the race!! I did however lose 12 lbs in 21 days of doing this in my first month...that is when I knew WOW...this works...this is amazing...I am not hungry...it wasn't hard to keep this up...AND that was 5 years ago!!!
Shakeology was with me from day 1 because of the junk food addiction...it controlled those cravings and my sugar levels and helped me with my diverticulitis because I was only going once a month...I was miserable.
I had monthly sinus infections for years and now I haven't been sick in 5 years. .
I feel amazing because I eat better...I exercise...I fuel my body with the amazing superfoods in Shakeology (see my post on that for more details) and on the harder programs...I find using the performance line does me well!
So I said Yessssssss to becoming a coach and sharing these programs because wow...how selfish would I be if I didn't tell anyone they can do this too?!?
So many struggle with the quick fad diet, silly diet pills...removing food groups...and restrictions and that my friend makes you hate it!! I am all about sharing what works best and what most doctors recommend...healthy nutrition and exercise!! Because I believe if you fix your nutrition and your habits...you fix your life and therefore can feel better long term! I am almost 40 and still kicking butt!
