OUR NEW GUT HEALTH PROGRAM AND MY...
Ok week 1 results in so far from our new gut health program!!
Do I want to share this...not really because I am not where I want to be...but Wowza...week 1 changes are visibly noticeable so I figured why not!
A few things have happened in my first week!!
Down 5.4 lbs. when these pictures were taken and down 7.8 lbs. as of today!
Wayyyyy less bloat!
Sleeping amazing!
Energy is great!
No cramping or gas
Loving the fitness - 4 days a week
Big meals that are satisfying
I can't do dairy, eggs, or gluten because that before photo is what happened when I had all three (3).
So I have learned 3 triggers already in my first week!! Which sucks because I love them all
This is what I looked like overnight, but the scale remained the same....I seriously felt like a walking gas bubble. So much discomfort from my trigger foods!
I put another before photo in there that shows me on a good day...without those trigger foods and you can see how much I blew up
Loving these workouts too!! The core ball is amazing!!
Today's thought….Trust Your Gut
Your progress pictures tell the story...how you feel tells the story so trust what your body is telling you and really listen!!
Thankful for this program because my bloat was out of control!! I seriously think I was inflamed to the max by eating yogurt and eggs! So glad I removed those two things alone!
