Bike Week
Crushed today's ride like a boss! I absolutely enjoyed today's....I am red faced and dripping with sweat and I feel great!
Took another side by side of my gut health progress!! Scale down again and I have tons of energy!
Hard to believe that before photo is from 3/20/22 and as of today my bloat and inflammation is down by a lot!!
I am so glad I learned what my food triggers were from this program . You ask if our nutrition programs work...lol I say absolutely!
Tonight we have a Shinedown concert to go too! So date day with Tony We don't get many of these days and Shawn is going with my sister He is jazzed about it.
Game tonight and tomorrow....sorry Pauline....but you will see he is quite the ball player...cheer for him because he loves it .
Today's thought
Find your determination
Everyone says that I don't have your motivation....I always say that I am never motivated to do it .
I simply strive to feel better than what I used too and that keeps me coming back for more...because working out feels great to me.
It's called being determined to keep going especially when it is so easy to quit. That is all it is...fierce determination
To achieve this gut transformation in a short amount of time is awesome, BUT it doesn't compare to no more misery from the bloat I once had.
I learned eggs, dairy, and gluten was causing it. I love all those things but....That knowledge I will take with me is forever. I am really enjoying eating this way and will continue with it! I am excited to see where I will be at my next doctors appointment too!
So find your determination to excel in your health and fitness goals and don't forget why you started. Remember to be grateful for your health and body and life because we are only given one!
