First off…Shakeology is NOT just a protein shake.

It is one that includes 60-70+ vitamins and minerals. It has pro and prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and is all natural and super healthy for my body. I give it what it craves daily through my superfood health shake!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup / 170 g ice

  • 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology

  • ¼ large banana, cut into thick slices

  • ¼ cup / 40 g sliced fresh strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds

  • 1 tsp. cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into a medium bowl. Top with banana, strawberries, almonds, cacao nibs, and chia seeds; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
