Day 12 - Legs
A leg day with no weights...Omgeee you know that won't be easy. and it wasn't...but you know what...I rocked my triple bears today!
Plus my tricep be popping today on that sunburn I promise it isn't a bruise...lol
He said week 3 to 4 you will see your composition change... I feel like I am already seeing some differences! Loving this program thus far!
I got in at 9 pm last night and had not had dinner yet...but it was still healthy...and delicious!
Today's thought
Trust the process
He said to trust the process...take pictures and watch your body change...the scale my change or it may not but don't get fixated on it....just focus on strength and beating your weight selections to gain more strength to lift heavier! That is the goal of this program and I am digging it!
