Day 5 - Finish Stronger

Used 12.5's and 17.5's today on this workout! We sure accomplish alot in 20 minutes! Sweat is dripping and I feel amazing!

Today's thought…

What is your want too?

When people say I don't understand how you do it.

I think it is because my want to changed.

I wanted to keep up with my son vs struggling to get around.

I wanted to feel good in my skin vs hating the person who looked back in the mirror.

I wanted to be healthy vs being so scared to visit the doctor out of fear of what he might say.

I wanted to have more energy vs wanting to take naps all day.

It's never that I am motivated ya'll...it's that I determined and disciplined enough to never go back to those old habits that led me to where I didn't want to be in the first place. That is WHY I show up each day...this is cake compared to the constant struggle I had before...Pick Your Hard!

Truth bomb....we are so quick to say "I wish" but never willing to do the dang work...that was me for 10 years. I was sick and tired of saying I wish and decided my want too had to change....and it did!

Thankful for these programs and my community...couldn't have done it without you!
