Nutrition and making healthier food choices doesn’t have to be complicated.

Sure, it takes some trial and error, some learning as you go, but ultimately, you can get great results by keeping it pretty simple.

We overcomplicate things sometimes, unnecessarily. You don’t need to be an expert. You don’t need to filter through all the science-based evidence and research out there. You just need to make better choices in small increments over time.

It can be as simple as drinking more water and less alcohol or sugar-added drinks. More veggies, less processed foods.

But I get that starting is often the hardest part. We all start somewhere!

If you don’t enjoy it, you simply won’t do it.
