COMPLETED MY FIRST PROGRAM OF 2023!

I did it!! I completed my first 8 week fitness program of 2023 and even earned my badge for it! SURE THING was challenging but with 5 days a week for less than 40 minutes a day, it was worth it! I felt good in this program in the fact that it left me stronger and allowed me to sleep more!

On weeks 4 and 8 (the functional recovery weeks) there are only 3 workouts on the calendar so it felt nice to ride my bike one day and sleep in on the other! Plus I have been taking advantage of sleeping in on Saturdays and doing stretching and mobility on Sundays!

Overall, I felt this program was laid out very well and it allowed for some amazing strength gains! I can’t wait to repeat it on Monday!

My Friday thought for you….Excuses Hold Ya Back!

Remember making excuses burns ZERO calories per hour, builds no muscle, and has no feeling of accomplishing goals. Excuses are a waste of time and we don't have time for that!

Don't let them take over and talk you out of your workout, good nutrition, sleep, and your self care.

Your health should be a priority because it makes you more effective in everything you do.

So make it a priority... You can be sore or sorry... But you can't be both! Crush it today and everyday my friend!
