Full body burn advanced was amazing today!!! I drank my pre workout and got busy!! Used 25's and 17.5's and even 12.5's on Fly’s!! Whoo whoo!! Shawn said he would join in... Hahaha he didn't last, said it was tough and said Megan is tough! Yes buddy she is!! I think it is hilarious when people discount my home workout programs like it could never work for them...it can because they are amazing!!

But he wanted to take the picture for showing up for 15 minutes of the 37 minutes that he did! I will take it!!

Today's thought

Lead by example

I showed Shawn the new program coming available on December 7th and he was like omgeee I want to do it!! Lol I was showing him the control track and how Autumn works in this one, with her DTC and Tabatha style training... Very different than what is already loaded on our library! #excited!!!

I absolutely love the program I am doing now and I will be gearing up to start this program on January 4th with the team! . I Think lol I need to see how this track will work in the house first

I am leading by example because I don't want him to ever struggle with weight like I have, I am teaching him balanced nutrition and he knows that being healthy is important.

He was going through my phone one day and saw two before photos of me and was like... Who is that?

Ummmm me Shawn... He was like What??!! You had a big ole buddha belly mom. Oh geez... No filter, but he wasn't lying . I did and I was missing out and miserable.

I never want that for him so yep... I show up to lead by example and to feel better for me... He deserves that kind of love and care from me.

I can't be selfish and want all the junk food like I did before when I have his cute face staring back at me.

Nope... Rebecca is stronger than that... Rebecca is working on goals because her life is important and Shawn is important!!

So today... Lead by example... Be the light in this crazy world right now! Your kids see everything and learn so much
