ACKNOWLEDGE CHANGE IS GOOD BECAUSE

Today's workout came from LIIFT4 where I did a full body HIIT type of workout!! I absolutely loved this program when I done it because One... Joel is a super cool trainer and Two... It was only 4 days a week!! All the heavy lifting and Cardio in this one and I remember getting pretty great results from it too! Eeekkk love our library!!

Can we just take a second to say wow on my arm transformation alone today??

I mean seriously... What a difference they have become! They have been the hardest to change!

This picture was when we went to the zoo and when I first saw this picture all I could see was my massive arm, my hanging back fat, and my neck fat... Seriously picked it apart to death.

BUT

I never once thought, wow making memories with Shawn. . I chose to focus on all the negative and not think Wow.. My little boy is having the time of his life seeing some pretty cool animals at the Columbus Zoo.

I was too busy getting in my head and getting depressed with my ways... What a mess.

I was struggling to carry him, my back was aching something fierce, and I was hot and uncomfortable.

Did Shawn know any of this? Nope... He just knew he was safe with Mommy and Daddy and was along for the ride.

Today I am going to focus on what I can change, yesterday was ROUGH with remote learning... I mean I was in tears rough.

All I can think is if I didn't have my morning stress relief what kind of shape would I be in... Mentally! Yikes!! I can't even imagine!!

So today my tip is simple... Focus on what you can change and stop dwelling on the past, but use it for the greater good... Learn from your mistakes, create a different path, and get busy!
