Question: How in the world do you get up sooo early!!!??
Answer: I thought it was impossible to start, but I read the Mel Robbins - 5 Second Rule and the one tip about putting my alarm clock (cell phone) in the bathroom where I had to physically get up to turn off made all the difference!! I had to shut the thing up before it woke up Shawn! LOL
I have been doing it for about 2.5 years now I would say...It took about a week to get used to, but now I can't imagine going back to 5 p.m. because by then, I am exhausted from my day and don't feel like doing anything like that! LOL
There was even a point in time where I worked out as late as 10 or 11 p.m. because of excuses...if I would have just done it first thing in the morning...it would have been done already, but I found myself PUSHING IT OFF LATER AND LATER!!!
So it definitely helped curb the excuses more and gave me more energy throughout my day!
