I am not a big expert... But I am honest!  I know the excuses I gave myself... I know my struggles and weaknesses.. #damnchocolate BUT I always learned to control myself when I didn't think it was possible!

I share my struggles freely and I share my victories too! I try to show you this CAN be easier but we always have a mental struggle with it! 

I am passionate about helping others believe they can and I am also very sensitive to the fact you may just not be ready to step up yet. #iknowyou

Did you know my sister pushed me to get healthy and fit and I cussed her?!?

Yep... True story... When I say I was hard headed... I mean it... I didn't like... I wasn't ready for it.. But boyyyyy did I need it!! She knew this and I knew this but your gal Rebecca is stubborn... 

It's called tough love folks and she was doing just that... Without her push... Without her never giving up on me, it is hard to say what would happen to me.

So yeah I get it... You may not think you are ready... But when is there EVER a good time??  #neveris, #alwaysmakingexcuses

So don't do what I did, face it and embrace it and watch yourself change my friend!
