I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I DID THE SCREENSHOT!

Ya'll.... I had to screenshot that one shot of me flying through the air because it all made perfect sense... No wonder I gotta run to the bathroom gonna pee myself if I don't.

But my speed was better and I used 12.5's on that move. Plus... This track is amazing!! Totally killing it and having a blast while doing it!

Set your intentions

My intention when I workout is to stay on top of my health and be here for my little family. I do it to keep my sugar under control and to feel my best. I do it because it makes me feel great and it relieves stress!! And... If that wasn't all the reasons to stay consistent, I do it because it allows me to feel comfortable in my own skin and have strong bones and a healthy heart !

See there are so many reasons to take care of yourself... Not because of the number on the scale... It doesn't define me... I define me... My actions define me and THAT I have control over. When your intentions are for the right reasons, everything falls into place!

Yesterday was a VERY stressful day and I honestly don't know how people don't exercise when they live in constant stress.

These workouts are MY form of self care and self love. So do yourself a favor and set an intention for YOU and your goals & show up!

Shawn joined me for the stretches and it was much needed . Thanks buddy... Your my WHY!

Remember.... Be stronger than your excuses (that is what my shirt says) and set all your RIGHT intentions into motion.
