Day 19 - Off the Wall workout complete and let’s take a minute to check my progress shall we!! You wants results? You can have them too!

I did DCT-T Back Chest and Triceps for 34 minutes today!! That tabata was fun but my legs were actually burning on those 8 rounds... I am like what is this . I used 10's and 15's for the weights!

It's all a choice

She said you have a choice to be strong or weak. It's always been a choice for you... She don't make us do this but for the ones who are READY we get our game faces on because we choose to work towards goals.

She always wanted to be a super trainer but she thought she deserved it within 2 years... Nope... Took her 13 years to get where she is today.

Don't get defeated when you don't hit a certain goal weight because if you quit... You surely won't get there... Your time frame just might be off. So many other factors to consider!!

So choose to be strong and work towards your dreams and goals... Because you CAN and are worth it!!

This is what changing my mindset and my thoughts did for me! It created habits that led to me being successful. Not only in my physical transformation but also my mental one.
