ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU TRY!!!

While waiting for Shawn to get out of karate, I watched a few videos to get to know my next trainer and he had a pretty rough life growing up...sleeping in bushes...didn't have much of a home life, but went to his friends house and his mom took him under her wing and encouraged him...brought him up right.

His real mom struggled really bad with her weight and so did his brother...after finishing college he decided to become a personal trainer...he changed his brothers life and found a passion in him that he didn't know he had...he started to train athletes and celebrities and got them killer results! But his mom passed away just as they were working on their relationship....so he helped his brother with his health.. (I can share video if you want to see it too)

I can relate to this in the fact that my sister helped me find my rhythm again...she changed me and encouraged me every step of the way. She never gave up on me...even on days I didn't feel like I was doing great. She was there....being my guiding light.

This is why I love coaching others to use these amazing programs...because they are life and game changers!! I know what my sister done for me and she wasn't even working the business...but out of love and compassion she helped.

If you dig deep and absorb the content...it's like a breath of fresh air when you realize...that is all I have to do to lose weight...feel my best...and get in great health!?!

It's truly a passion to see others succeed, because I was once there...

I once said...I can't...what's the point....I am what I am, don't try to change me.

I was a negative and stubborn person thinking I knew what I was doing....but I didn't...lol. Obviously right!!!?? If I did...then I would have been seeing results!!

I wanted to get with it...I wanted to be healthy for my son and family and my health, but HOW!?!?

It's these programs, our support, our community, and our products that get you fantastic results.

Anything is possible.

Anything is achieved when you put your mind to it.
