Day 26 - The Prep

Isometrics went down today! So much better than when I done it last time...I am ready to graduate to the work I believe!! We shall see how this fit test goes 2 workouts left and the Prep will be done!!

Today's thought

How bad you want it?!

I remember starting over 5 years ago being a little doubtful I could do this to completing day 1....day 1 is the hardest part...but I promise once you start and keep at it...it's the best feeling in the world!! The joy and excitement of actually doing something changes everything!!

I wanted to get that weight off real bad and I was sick and tired of quitting over and over again! Sooo I made my day 1 the start of something amazing because I knew what giving up felt like and I was done with that...so I powered through...crushed all the dang excuses and completed a calendar...boom first program in the books...then I just kept doing it. I didn't quit and start again...I never gave up....these last 5 years have been phenomenal...watching myself get in the best shape of my life to gaining strength I didn't even think was possible....to not being able to do 1 pushup to doing 15-20 on my toes. It's effort and grit and I found it because I wanted it bad enough!!

Question is...how bad do you want to feel healthy and fit in your skin....feel more in control of your health by action...and best of all...gaining energy and strength from it!?
