Why did I sign up to be a coach?
In the beginning...it was to hold myself accountable to my journey!! I had to stick with my health and fitness goals because my life depended on it!! So...I shared on social media to hold myself accountable. . Then people started asking what I was doing and I started to help them too!
My health was terrible before I started ...I had high sugar...diverticulitis...obesity and just legit depression of where I was in life....so when this opportunity fell into my lap...I wasn't certain I could do it...but so glad I didn't give up on it or myself.
I have lost over 70 lbs and 26.5 inches in the process because of this opportunity.
How amazing is that!?? so Yessssssss it is worth it to me!!
I definitely was a quitter before..but since becoming a Coach and for over 5 years now...I haven't quit at all!!
Something about doing this with others and having an amazing fit family to turn too gives me all the feels because I have come to love helping people too!!
I have crossed paths with many of you and helped you...inspired you...and maybe even motivated you but one thing is for certain...becoming a coach was the best decision I made for myself.
It has brought on so much more than just accountability...it has brought me a community...more friends...and support that I didn't even know was possible!!
