Round 2 Week 4 - Hybrid Strength Circuit

Y’all!! I hit a new goals today!! Upped my weights yet again!

  • 1-50 lb. weight on the Goblet Squat

  • 2-35 lb. weights on the Chest Press

  • 2-20 lb. weights on the Reverse Bent Over Row

Whoo Whoo! Feeling Super Strong with this program! 5 days a week for 30-40 minutes is all I am doing!

Loved the mobility sections in the 4th week! This program is challenging and I am loving it!

Today's thought….Be a product of your choices!

I am not a product of my circumstances but a product of my choices!

So much growth has happened in these last 7 years and that is precisely why I am so consistent!! Why would I stop? I feel amazing when I move each day and ya'll know what stays in motion...stays in motion!

So today...make better choices with your decisions. It is always about picking choices that lead you to your goals because if you don't....you gotta ask yourself...is this what I truly want??

I did 7 years ago! I wanted to feel great again in my skin and so glad I powered through my excuses and put in the effort!!

We can do hard things!
