MY SON IS MY REASON OF WHY I DO WHAT I DO...

It’s hard to believe but my son will be SIX (6) years old this month!!

I can’t believe how much he has grown! He is loving tee ball (see his mean, serious face here - LOL), and he is progressing so well in school! I think they will be testing him to see if he is gifted in the first grade.

He told me the other day he wants to be a scientist. How cool is that?

My response? “Babe you can be WHATEVER you want to be…just got to go to school and learn how to do it! But yeah…anything is possible for you!”

I mean I TRULY want him to believe that!! I want him to know he can be ANYTHING he sets his mind too!

There will be negative people along the way to try to bring him down, but if his confidence stays strong, he WILL BE unstoppable!!

See I was taught that I would go far in life, and I would be someone who would bring value to this world, and my parents believed it…and so did I.

No this coaching business isn’t always easy, but it is rewarding to hear the lives that I change…actually change for the better!

So Shawn gives me even more reason to believe in myself…to push myself…to be the best I can be!

Because there is no way I could tell him he is capable, when I can’t tell myself that…how confusing would that be to him? Am I right?

So watch your words around little ones…they are always listening and learning from you!

Make them the reason you shout from the rooftops that LIFE IS A BEAUTIFUL THING and that we GET TO ENJOY and EMBRACE it!
